Using the Environ Cosmetic Roll CIT roll both vertically and horizontally for at least 3 minutes. Apply the recommended Environ moisturizer. Do not use the device if your skin feels uncomfortable. Wait until your skin feels comfortable and relaxed before using the device again. Initially, start off using the device twice a week and increase usage to daily as your skin becomes comfortable. This device can be used all over the body. Be sure to thoroughly rinse the device after each use and with the Roll CIT cleaner once a week. Use the device as part of your evening regimen after you have cleansed your skin to ensure that sunscreen ingredients do not become irritating. Exercise caution when using the device on your upper and lower eyelids
