Terms and Conditions:

• This is a 6-month membership which will automatically renew monthly unless canceled in advance.
• Cancellation must be presented by phone or email with a 30-day notice.
• Membership Fees are Non-Refundable. 
• This membership fee recurs monthly unless canceled prior to the end of the term. 
• A 6-month minimum commitment is required, otherwise, a cancellation fee of $250 will be charged.
• All included services are rendered in-office and an appointment is required. 
• Upgrades may be added at the time of service for an additional fee. 
• We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone at our discretion. 
• Member discounts are not combinable with other promotional discounts.
